1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "55fb", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the 55fb platform, operated at 55fb.io, and its authorized representatives.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or uses any part of the 55fb platform.
• "Account" — the personal account registered by a Player on the 55fb platform, through which all gaming, betting, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Platform" — the 55fb website (55fb.io), its mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services, games, betting markets, payment infrastructure, and promotional programmes.
• "Wallet" — the virtual balance held within a Player's account, comprising both real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the Player or won through gameplay that are available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits awarded by 55fb pursuant to a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to real money.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it qualifies for withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — any stake placed by a Player on a game outcome, sports event, or other market offered on the 55fb platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, used as the base currency for all transactions on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 55fb platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the site, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accepting a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 55fb. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

55fb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

3 Eligibility

Access to, and use of, the 55fb platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. 55fb may request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of 55fb, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had a 55fb account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order currently active on the 55fb platform.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one account only on the 55fb platform. The maintenance of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile banking number (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

• Account credentials (username and password) are personal to you. Do not share them with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• 55fb will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and available to all account holders at no charge.
• 55fb reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 55fb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment channels are supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected other channels as notified on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned. 55fb does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the Player's account must have completed all applicable KYC verification steps. 55fb targets withdrawal processing within 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad; actual transfer times may vary based on network conditions.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• 55fb reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously transacted.
• In the event that a deposit is received from a method different from the registered withdrawal method, 55fb may require additional verification before releasing funds.
• Players who have accepted a bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement in full before any portion of their real-money balance can be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

55fb offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions offered by 55fb unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 or over only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly permit multiple claims.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus funds may only be used to wager on games and markets designated as eligible under the relevant promotion. Certain game categories — including live dealer games, sports betting, and certain high-RTP slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• 55fb reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have validly activated the promotion.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging, wagering on outcomes with near-certain results to fulfil requirements, or collusion with other Players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and may result in account suspension.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 55fb platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• A bet is accepted and binding once the Platform has confirmed the bet and a unique bet reference has been issued. Until confirmation is received, no bet has been placed.
• 55fb reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where the Platform detects technical errors, incorrectly priced markets, or suspicious betting patterns.
• Odds and market prices are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted are indicative; the confirmed odds will be shown on the bet receipt.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time without notice due to match events, data feed interruptions, or regulatory requirements.
• In the event of a technical fault or error affecting the Platform during the settlement of a game or market, 55fb reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• Winnings from voided bets will be returned to the Player's wallet as real-money balance. No compensation will be paid for wagers voided due to technical failures.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55fb platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including sharing cards in poker or sharing information about live dealer hands.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of a human Player.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover an error are required to report it to [email protected] immediately.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds obtained through illegal means. 55fb applies Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment reversals or chargebacks after deposits have been used for wagering. Any chargeback will result in the immediate suspension of the account pending investigation.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identification, using another person's identity or payment details, or impersonating any other individual on the Platform.
• Minor access: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 55fb platform — including but not limited to the 55fb brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, data compilations, text, and promotional material — is the intellectual property of 55fb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any part of the Platform without prior written consent from 55fb.
• Using the 55fb name, logo, or any associated branding in any commercial context.
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the Platform by automated means.
• Creating derivative works based on any content found on the Platform.

Game content and software provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are used on the 55fb platform under licence.

10 Privacy & Data

55fb collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55fb's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

55fb shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party data feed failures, network outages, or events beyond 55fb's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform on a particular device or via a particular internet connection.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes 55fb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

55fb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if, in its reasonable judgement, any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Player's account is the subject of a legal order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement request.
• 55fb has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with the account.
• The Player has initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 55fb may withhold any real-money balance pending investigation. If no breach is ultimately established, the balance will be returned. Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closures for responsible gaming reasons are processed immediately upon request.

13 Responsible Gaming
